MICHAEL SCHWEIGAN Taken from Aurora Beacon , Thursday, 16 Dec 1926. Michael SCHWEIGAN, 75, died at his home at 425 Front Street at 6:45 O'clock this morning after a lingering illness of about a year. He was born Wholhausen, Luxembourg May 10, 1851 and had resided in Aurora during the last 50 years. He was employed for many years by the Chicago Burlington & Quincy railroad as a brick mason under the late Jason Wallace. Mr. Schweigan is survived by his wife Mrs. Katherine Schweigan; three daughters, Mrs. William BUNYER of Chicago, Miss Gertrude Schweigan of Chicago and Mrs. Melvin GRISWOLD of Aurora and three sons Christian and Joseph of Aurora and Robert of Kanapolis KS.
