JOHN POLLOCK IS SUMMONED WAS BUT 32 YEARS OLD Bright's Disease Claims Young Man Today After An Illness of a Few Months. The announcement of the death of John A. POLLOCK, which occurred this afternoon at one o'clock at his late home 149 South LaSalle street, was received with deep regret by a wide circle of friends. The young man was but thrity-two years old. Three months ago he was compelled to leave his position as a rate clerk at the Burlington offices, owing to illness which was diagnosed as Bright's disease. Last evening he was feeling much improved, but became worse during the morning. Four years ago he married Miss Olive KAPFERER, and two months ago their little child was born. He was a son of Mr. and James POLLOCK of Columbia street and is a brother of Edward and Sterling POLLOCK of this city. He was a man of splendid character with many fiends about the city. POLLOCK BURIAL WILL TAKE PLACE TOMORROW AFTERNOON. The funeral of John A. POLLOCK will be held tomorrow afternoon at three o'clock from the home, 149 South LaSalle street and will be in charge of Rev. E. H. Montgomery of the First Presbyterian church. Burial will be in Spring Lake cemetery. The pall bearers will be, Julius Solomon, Henry POLLOCK, Sumner Ricker, Bert Galbraith, Will Kelly and Roy Long.
