Charles W. HAYES, 80, of 542 Fox street, died yesterday at Copley hos-
pital. He was born Oct. 2, 1865 in England, and was a member of Ben
Hur lodge, IOOF, and of the Burlington Veterans association.  The funeral will take place at the Healy chapel Sunday night at 7:30
o'clock, with services in charge of Ben Hur lodge, IOOF. Burial will be
at 9:30 o'clock Monday morning at Riverside cemetery, the Rev. R. M.
Furnish officiating. Friends may call at the chapel.
