ROBERT J. GLOSSOP

Robert J. GLOSSOP, 86, of 1164 Pleasant Place, died Sunday at his home. He was born June 10, 1875 at Shabbona, Ill.

GLOSSOP was a member of the Redeemer Lutheran Church, the Ben Hur Lodge 870 I.O.O.F. and Tirzah Rebekah Lodge 488, I.O.O.F.

Surviving are his wife Sadie; two sons, Charles and Donald GLOSSOP of Aurora; one daughter Mrs. Doris BEARD of Portland Ore.; 13 grandchildren; and 27 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Essie HOLMES.

Funeral service will be held Thursday at 10:30 a.m. from Dieterle Fox Street Memorial Home. The Rev. Martin J. Zulauf will officiate with interment in Spring Lake Cemetery. Friends may call at the Fox Street Memorial Home after 2 p.m. Tuesday. I.O.O.F. services in charge of Ben Hur Lodge 870 will be conducted Wednesday at 8 p.m.
