BERTHA DIERSCHOW

Mrs. Bertha DIERSCHOW 79 of 459 Center St. died Thursday noon at the Elgin rest home. She was born in Germany on Feb 8, 1872 the daugher of Fred and Sophia WIENHOLTZ and in 1881 came to USA and directly to Elgin where she had since made her home. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran church. Survivors include a son Harry of Elgin; two daughters Mrs. Anna RINGEISEN of Elgin and Mrs.Esther WALTERS of Aurora; two brothers William and Walter WIENHOLTZ of Elgin, two sisters Mrs. Max KUNKE of Huntley and Mrs. Henry HOPP of Elgin. She was preceded in death by her husband, William DIERSCHOW in 1932, a daughter, two brothers and one sister.
