John COPELIN

A telegram received this morning by Edward COPELIN of this city announced the
death of his father, John COPELIN. In the City Hospital, Indianapolis,
Indiana.

Deceased was a resident of Aurora for twenty-five years, and during this time
was employed as an expert blacksmith at the C.B. & Q. shops. Of late he had
been employed by the Indianapolis Car Works. His wife who was Miss Jennie
STUBBS of Aurora, died six years ago.

Mr. COPELIN was born in Pennsylvania sixty years ago. The remains will be
brought to Aurora for interment.
