Albert W. BAKER, 53 years old, a resident of Hampshire since childhood, died yesterday in Sherman Hospital after a long illness.  The son of the late Mr. and Mrs. George BAKER, he was born in Republic Ohio November 4, 1882.  Surviving are a brother, S.L. BAKER of Elgin; two sisters, Mrs. Ida BRITTON of Elgin and Miss Lillian BAKER of Hampshire; two nieces and one nephew.  Funeral services will be held from the Frederick funeral home in Hampshire Thursday afternoon at 1:30 with the Rev. E.J. Krell officiating and burial in Hampshire Center Cemetery.
